Easy to access from Madrid via train. though not easily signposted from the station the hotel rooms are located fairly close to the station and was easy to find using the information provided from the hotel in their booking confirmation email. Check in was quick and easy. We arrived around 9:30pm having spent the day travelling from Seville and then time/meal in Madrid. We had a 6am flight the next day so wanted a hotel room close to the airport as we would be needing to get up before 4am. Although we were travelling from T1 this hotel appeared to be the closest airport option. Overnight and int he early hours the free airport shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes (more frequently during the day) at :00, :20 and :40 past the hour. The bus was on time. It took around 15 minutes to get to T1 which is the last stop. The room was clean and fairly spacious for an airport room. The double bed was relatively comfortable. The room had aircon, which appeared to work sufficiently for the night though didn't get particularly cold. There was a fairly large shower room. Toiletries [shampoo, shower gel and soap] were provided. The room also had a kettle/coffee machine with tea and coffee available. There was also a mini fridge though we didn't use this. The front desk also had options to buy and there was room service if needed. The room also had a large wardrobe, safe and bedside tables. There were sockets next to the beds and dressing table but no USB sockets available. The WiFi worked fine. The room does not appear to be sound proofed in any way. The noise from the trains outside (and possibly planes?) could be heard regularly along with noise in the corridors occasionally. However, we still managed to get a decent amount of sleep and the noise didn't wake us once a sleep. Ideal for stop over/early morning flight.

This is a great place after a long flight from the US. Since our plane arrived at 5:15 am, our hotel in Madrid would not be ready and no attractions would be open yet. Therefore, I booked the hotel for the night before (with checkout the next day at noon). We arrived around 6:30 am, after going through immigration and getting our bags. We were able to take a 4-hour nap and then shower. The room was quiet and comfortable. I only wish the 4-hour rentals would start earlier than 10 am, as I had to spend money to book for the night before. I would still say the money was worth it to get adjusted to the new time zone quickly (especially if you are like me and cannot sleep on airplanes).

Yesterday when I was traveling Spain with my girlfriend, we wanted to sleep before our early flight and we got into Madrid from Barcelona at 11:59. We booked this hotel because we thought it would be perfect and in the airport so we wouldn't have to worry about traveling. Wrong dead wrong, It was on the uber ride there that I found out that it is 5 KM from the terminal I was at. When I arrived at the airport, there were no signs or anything telling us where the hotel was. Checked online nothing,tried google maps, sent us to the wrong floor. I eventually called the company at l2:45 am asking them where it was, it was on the bottom floor (of course). After traversing through the whole airport to find this place, we made it to the bottom floor and found the hotel. The area around the "hotel" is surrounded by sleeping weary travelers and literal homeless people. here we were escorted to our windowless cardboard box with a shower time limit. At least its a place to sleep. It costs more per night than the Hilton though, There is a Hilton a few KM closer to the terminals 1 through 3, just go there and save yourself some money and service

We stayed here for five and a half hours, checking in at 12:30 am and leaving at 6:00 am, because we needed someplace to sleep as a result of a busted flight connection. It is extremely convenient to flights going out of Terminal 4 as it is in the below ground level of the terminal. The room was fine, clean, windowless and quiet. It was expensive but served its purpose. The facility is now named “HelloSky Airport Rooms.”

We made 3 reservations on internal flights around Chile with LATAM through kiwi.com. We showed up to the airport and my reservation was not completed whereas my husband's was, they charged us and we received no updates on this. The result, we ended up having to book a new flight last minute, which costed us way more and delay our itinerary. We also checked on the reminding flights booked and looks like on an upcoming flight we will have the same problem, we did received a kiwi confirmation for a flight and LATAM confirmed that it does not exist on their end. Avoid using Kiwi.com or you will risk not taking your flight. Paying more and ultimately getting in a nightmare type of situation, where you show up to the airport and your ticket does not exist.
